It's October ... time to get spooky! The full moon in Aries that took place last night marked a cosmic shift from contemplative to active: after months of reflection, it's time for us to step up and take agency in our lives. This may be regarding work, relationships, mental outlook ... no matter what we're dealing with, Aries brings us a share of energy, impulsiveness, and determination, and the full moon fuels us with emotion. Sounds like a lot of fire – burn bright but don't burn out!
My personal mantras for October are:
Do it. Do it well, do it messily, do it backwards, do it wrong, but do it now.
Risk is facing a chasm. To jump into this space is to confront fear, but also is also to meet the possibility of grasping the other side, or of discovery of all that lies below.
You can actualize all that you imagine.

And to tie it up, a quote from Ray Bradbury's The October Country:
“October Country . . . that country where it is always turning late in the year. That country where the hills are fog and the rivers are mist; where noons go quickly, dusks and twilights linger, and mid-nights stay. That country composed in the main of cellars, sub-cellars, coal-bins, closets, attics, and pantries faced away from the sun. That country whose people are autumn people, thinking only autumn thoughts. Whose people passing at night on the empty walks sound like rain. . . .”
