For all return requests, please email email@example.com with subject line: Return. All you need to include in the body of your email is your order number.
We accept return requests of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. The cost of the original shipping is non-refundable. The item(s) must be in original condition with all tags attached. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Packages must be postmarked within 7 days of contacting us in order to qualify for a refund. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment (if you prefer store credit, please contact us). We will send you an email confirmation once our team has processed your refund.
There are two options for return shipping: you may ship yourself with a carrier of your choice, or choose to receive a pre-paid USPS mailing label (the return shipping cost will be automatically calculated by USPS depending on your location and will be deducted from your refund).
Due to a fast turnover in inventory we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) and place a new order.
