We accept return requests of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. The cost of the original shipping is non-refundable. The item(s) must be in original condition with all tags still attached, in original packaging (if applicable).
Returns postmarked an additional 7 days outside of the 7 day policy are ineligible for a refund but will automatically be processed for an online credit. Any return requests more than 14 days from the delivery date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
Should you receive a product that is damaged or defective please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We provide two options for shipping back returns: you may choose to receive a pre-paid mailing label ($12 will be deducted from refund) or ship yourself with any courier of your choice (free of charge).
Due to a fast turnover in inventory we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) and place a new order.
